2. Services Provided

4‑WH Chauffeur Services (“4‑WH,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides:

  • Luxury chauffeur transportation

  • Airport transfers

  • Executive & corporate travel

  • Event and special occasion services

  • Global affiliate services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking and contact information

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes

  • Not disrupt or misuse our website or booking systems

  • Follow all applicable transportation rules and chauffeur instructions

You are responsible for activity under your account or reservation.

4. Reservations & Booking Policies

A. Booking Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed when:

  • You receive a confirmation email

  • Required travel details are provided

  • A valid payment method is authorized

B. Travel Details

Customers must provide:

  • Accurate pickup/drop‑off addresses

  • Correct flight info (if applicable)

  • Passenger count

  • Special requests or instructions

4‑WH is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate customer information.

5. Pricing & Payments

A. Pricing

Pricing may vary based on:

  • Vehicle type

  • Time and date

  • Distance

  • Special events

  • Additional services or stops

Rates are subject to change without notice.

B. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by PCI‑compliant third‑party processors.
4‑WH does not store full credit card numbers.

C. Additional Fees

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Wait time

  • Tolls, parking, or airport fees

  • Early/late-hour service

  • Extra stops or route changes

  • Cleaning or damage fees

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Standard Cancellations

  • Sedans & SUVs: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup

  • Sprinters & Vans: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup

  • Buses & Large Vehicles: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup

Cancellations outside these windows may be charged up to 100% of the fare.

B. No‑Show Policy

A “no‑show” occurs when:

  • The passenger is not at the pickup location

  • And does not respond to contact attempts

A no‑show may be charged the full base fare and wait time.

7. Affiliate & Partner Chauffeurs

4‑WH partners with trusted global affiliates to provide worldwide service.

You acknowledge that:

  • Some rides may be fulfilled by a partner

  • All affiliates operate under confidentiality and compliance agreements

  • 4‑WH is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond reasonable control

8. Conduct & Safety Requirements

Passengers must maintain safe behavior.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Smoking or vaping in vehicles

  • Illegal substances

  • Harassment or abusive behavior

  • Causing damage or excessive mess

  • Ignoring safety instructions

4‑WH may refuse service if safety is compromised.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All website content—design, text, images, graphics, and branding—is the property of 4‑WH.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or republish content

  • Use bots or scraping tools

  • Attempt to bypass security systems

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

10. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use this website, submit forms, book services, or opt in to receive SMS communications from 4-WH. By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS messaging, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into this agreement.

4-WH does not knowingly collect information from or send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18.

11. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in via the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms, you authorize 4-WH to send you text messages related to your service request, including booking confirmations, scheduling updates, reminders, and service-related notifications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, you may reply HELP to any message or contact us directly.

4-WH and its service providers will use your mobile information solely to deliver SMS messages in accordance with this TOS and your opt-in preferences. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

By opting in, you acknowledge that SMS messages may be delivered via third-party messaging services and that while we take reasonable precautions, delivery cannot be guaranteed.

12. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as available.”

4‑WH does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service

  • Error‑free website functionality

  • That third‑party providers will perform without issues

We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, emergencies, or external factors.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • 4‑WH is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
